Manufactured with high grade neoprene these elbow sleeves are designed to provide maximal support and compression for heavy training, while also ensuring the elbow is free to move easily, preserving range of motion.

The sleeves combine the high grade neoprene used in our knee sleeves with a thinner interior panel, ideal for pulling and pressing motions.

Forge is a limited edition collection, offering the same performance and manufactured to the same high standards as our classic product line.

Sold as a pair.

  • Combines a 5mm interior panel for freedom of movement and a 7mm exterior panel for maximum joint support.
  • Upgraded reinforced seam construction to maximise longevity.
  • Antimicrobial treatment minimises the build-up of bacteria and reduces odour.
  • Made in Sheffield, Great Britain.

Measure the circumference of your forearm and lower biceps, taken with your arm locked and muscles relaxed, then choose a size that best fits both measurements.

The elbow sleeves stretch more than our knee sleeves, so if you are between sizes we would suggest going for the smaller size.

We recommend hand washing your elbow sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.

The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the elbow sleeves become quite bulky when wet and can potentially get caught up or damaged by wringing. High heat from a washing machine or a dryer will degrade the rubber in the sleeves (potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness).
